Statement of Work
Defined deliverables, milestone billing, and acceptance criteria agreed up front. Consultionz controls the method and delivers the outcome — the structure that best supports an outside-IR35 position for both parties.
Typical scope: discovery phases, architecture blueprints, governance assessments, integration design.
Interim & Contract Roles
Senior capacity into your programme — Solution Architect, Lead Business Analyst, Product Owner, or AI Governance Lead — on a day-rate basis, remote or hybrid across the UK.
Typical scope: ERP programmes, platform builds, regulated (GxP) delivery, transformation leadership.
Fractional Advisory
A standing fraction of senior time — most commonly as Fractional AI Governance Advisor — reviewing use cases, maintaining registers, and briefing boards as regulation evolves.
Typical scope: 2–6 days per month, quarterly review cadence.

Engagements are contracted business-to-business with Consultionz Ltd and organised around the working practices that support an outside-IR35 outcome: deliverables defined in a statement of work, control over how the work is performed, our own equipment and methods, and a company that serves multiple concurrent clients with its own services, insurance obligations, and commercial risk. We work openly with your legal and compliance teams on the determination itself — which, under the off-payroll rules, rightly remains the client's responsibility for medium and large organisations.
