The challenge
A portfolio of over 300 brand and e-commerce websites had grown region by region, each with its own tooling, release habits, and reporting. Three function teams — CMS, CRM, and analytics — were pulling in different directions, and leadership had no single view of what was live, in flight, or at risk across EMEA.
Our approach
Consultionz ran the multi-team Agile delivery, bringing the CMS, CRM, and analytics teams into one cadence: a shared backlog structure, synchronised sprints, and a common definition of done that worked across all three disciplines.
Rather than forcing every site onto one template, the operating model standardised how work flowed — intake, prioritisation, release, and measurement — so 300+ sites could be managed as one portfolio without flattening the brands within it.
Why it worked
Delivery discipline replaced heroics. With three teams in sync and one EMEA-wide operating view, leadership could finally prioritise across the whole portfolio — and releases became routine instead of events.
Outcomes
- 300+ websites managed in one operating model
- Three function teams kept in sync
- A single EMEA operating view — leadership able to prioritise across the whole portfolio for the first time
